Homes with the heavy maple or oak tree coverage common in Oakland County benefit from a third cleaning in May or June to catch spring seed debris. Our Annual Plans are timed to the actual Michigan seasonal calendar.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No. Our technicians handle everything on the exterior of your Lake Orion home, and we send photo confirmation when the job is done — so you always know it happened, even if you were away.

What if my gutters clog between visits?

Every cleaning is backed by our 30-Day No-Clog Guarantee. Platinum Plan members in Lake Orion also get FREE Same Day Emergency Scheduling for urgent situations.

Can I cancel my Annual Plan?

Yes, at any time with 14 days written notice. A $50 cancellation fee applies. Plans paid upfront are non-refundable, though a service credit may be applied at management’s discretion.
