TERMS OF SERVICE
  • All Service Plans are on a 12-month term.  The first service performed will be whichever one is appropriate based on the date of sign-up (example:  a customer signs up for the Gold Plan  on June 1st.  Their first service will be the May/June gutter cleaning.)
  • All Service Plans will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term, unless canceled by the customer prior to renewal (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Customers can choose to either pay for the entire Service Plan up front at the time of sign-up, or auto-pay at the completion of each service.  
    • Up-front payment earns a 3% discount on the total cost of the Plan.
    • There is no additional discount for pay-per-service.
  • Priority Scheduling (Gold and Platinum Plans only) are subject to weather and other scheduling conditions.
  • Gutter Stick Clog Prevention (Gold & Platinum Packages only) will be installed during the first gutter cleaning visit after Plan sign up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Customers can cancel a subscription at any time and will incur a $50 flat cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requires a 14-day written notice via email.
  • All future services will be billed at a la carte pricing.
  • Automatic scheduling will cease and the customer will be responsible for initiating any future service request
  • Subscriptions paid upfront are non-refundable (a credit may be applied for use on future services at management’s discretion)
  • Subscriptions that are auto-renewed are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions canceled during the term incur a $50 cancellation fee.
LAKE STATE CLEANING (LSC) ANNUAL GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE PLAN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each Service Plan covers:

  • Complete debris removal from all gutter trays.
  • Inspection and testing of downspouts to confirm optimal flow.
  • Removal of clogs within the gutter system.
  • Roof debris removal (where safely accessible).
  • A comprehensive 7-point gutter system inspection.
  • 30-Day No Clog Guarantee.
  • Photo confirmation upon completion of each service.
TERMS OF SERVICE
  • Service Term:  Service Plans are annual, covering 12 months from the sign-up date.  The first cleaning service will align with the sign-up date (e.g., for a June 1 sign-up, the first service would occur within the May/June cleaning window).
  • Automatic Renewal:  Service Plans renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless canceled per the Cancellation Policy (see below).
  • Payment Options:  Customers may pay the full annual fee upfront (3% discount applied) or opt for pay-per-service auto-payments, processed after each cleaning.  Note: No discount applies for pay-per-service.
  • Priority Scheduling:  Exclusive to Gold and Platinum Plans, priority scheduling is available but subject to weather and scheduling conditions.
  • Gutter Stick Clog Prevention:  Gold & Platinum plans include Gutter Stick installation during the initial cleaning after sign-up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellation Fees:  Cancellations require a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Notice Requirement:  A 14-day written notice by email is required to cancel any Service Plan.
  • A La Carte Pricing:  Following cancellation, services will be charged at standard (non-discounted) a la carte rates.
  • Automatic Scheduling:  Automatic scheduling ends upon cancellation; future services must be manually requested by the customer.
  • Refund Policy: Prepaid plans are non-refundable. A service credit may be applied for future services, subject to management approval.  
    • No refunds for auto-renewed Service Plans. 
    • Mid-term cancellations incur the $50 cancellation fee.
GUARANTEES
  • 30-Day No Clog Guarantee:  LSC guarantees clog-free gutters for 30 days after each cleaning. Should any clogs occur during this period, we will clear them free of charge.
  • Limitations of 30-Day No Clog Guarantee: The guarantee applies to natural debris buildup only and excludes issues stemming from structural gutter problems.
  • Photo Documentation:  For transparency, LSC provides photo documentation of all completed work.  Photos will be supplied digitally shortly after completion of each service.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
  • Property Access:  The customer must ensure safe access to the property and that gutters and downspouts are accessible.
  • Maintenance and Repairs:  Any gutter system repairs required for proper function are the customer’s responsibility and may affect the quality of service if not addressed.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
  • Disclaimers:  LSC is not liable for pre-existing gutter conditions or any damage resulting from deferred maintenance.
  • Changes to Service:  LSC reserves the right to adjust or modify the Service Plan upon renewal. Customers will be notified of any changes.
